I agree lock stock. There is still some DD for the potential partner to conduct. I would suspect the Neuren has not revealed the manufacturing process for example. If the partner is going to be making this stuff understanding the process and what investment will be needed for full scale production will be important for them to understand.
Full open book transaction from here on in I suspect. A deal is coming. The only question now is how lucrative it is.
