As I understand it ... in terms of the law ADE are more correct than BPT ... no surprises ! BPT can in fact withdraw the offer before closing date, if they apply to ASIC and can legitimately indicate to them( that is convince ASIC) that ADE have been grossly misleading the investment public as to where ADE are in terms of activities , financial position etc.
