Basileus =
(Greek: βασιλεύς)[n 1] is a Greek term and title that has signified various types of monarchs in history. In the English-speaking world it is perhaps most widely understood to mean "king" or "emperor". Courtesy Wikapedia....I was hoping someone else would reply to your post so I gave it a day, as they didnt, let me try to bring some clarity to a somewhat emotionally charged post by you. A post not representative of a King or Emperor.......

"Oh yes it does, if you constantly speak negatively about a company and yet have no holding, thats like telling other people how to raise their kids when you have none, it goes to credibility."
In a word - dross! -No not dross, you have no holding so how can your posts be taken seriously if they are all negative, if tyour comments were balanced you would give both sides in your responses. But going back over your comments on CGB over %95 of them are inherintly negative!
However, it is one of the more entertaining posts that I have seen on the CGB thread for some time - Thanks will try to keep that up !
"...but I saw the fundamentals and acted on that."
What fundamentals are you talking about?? Are you referring to the fundamentals noted in the recent Annual Report? Seriously, do you know what that word means? Perhaps, it was $134,000 in travel costs in a COVID year that attracted you to invest?
What is your problem with travel costs, seriously if that is an issue for you how would you travel to Israel or Europe where a number of their interests are.....by ship?
Sydney to Telaviv business return $8500 approx
Sydney to Paris business return $7500 aprox
These people are executives representing a multimillion dollar company and guess what they have PA's and ancilary staff.. do you think they travel alone. 2 x execs, 1 x PA, 2-4 ancillary staff = $37,500 thats one trip. What about multiple trips per year and then you have hotel fees, rental cars, food etc etc.... not much left in travel costs when you break it down $134,000 is basically peanuts...
As far as fundamentals I have read the annual report and spoken to management, their affiliates and their associated mangements. I have also done due diligence on their competitors and have had substantial holdings in other MM companies over that last 6 years.I do not base my analysis on hot copper posts.
Not sure how best to convey this very simple message but I will do my best.
It is completely irrelevant whether a poster is negative or positive - what matters is the facts. Buy - Sell and or Held - Not Held makes no difference whatsoever to the facts. I find that argument to be little more than a smokescreen for those who seek to beguile others with meaningless puffery.
A bit of a long bow to atribute sinister motives becuase you don't like being held to account for your comments.. Your comments could quite easily be placed under a breach of Hot Copper posting guidelines - Do not make low-content posts, unsubstantiated ramps or untruthful/misleading statements.
And whether you know it or not - the facts do not point to CGB rising above its current share price of 4 tenths of one cent. In fact, the evidence points to further funds being wasted on all kinds of calamitous projects. .....Not fact your opinion and a negative opinion at that.
What do you have to say about,
I already gave you advice that relates to the following points you have raised.....do your own due diligence I am not your broker... you raised them you go and get the answers and tell us....hello...!!!
Bottom line get on the phone and email and contact both Cann Global and Medcan and for that sake all Cann Global's related companies and make sure you tell them you hold no shares but you are sure they are full of S_it and see how you go.
(a) ML1492 and the $1,200,000 debt owed. by Volcan (a related party) to CGB shareholders?
(b) The interest free loans made across the years to related parties?
(c) The 'golden handshake of 70,000,000 shares for an officer of the company who presided over accumulated losses in excess of 42 million dollars ($42,491,911.00) - see the most recent Annual Report.
(d) The wasted millions spent on "research" in Israel
(e) The fact that the directors did not participate in the "company transforming" cap raise?
(f) The AGMPL payments.
(g) The "geologist" fees for a MM company.
The list of questions are long and detailed. Irrespective, for such a well researched investor - I am sure that answers are at your fingertips.
And in my opinion your tawdry response offered nothing factual in response to questions that were put to you but more than one poster.
The ball is in your court, show this forum and the members of this forum your research abilities and go get some answers to your own questions.
You offer opinions...
You say somthing is a fact that is in fact your opinion....
And you raise questions that elude to dubious motives of CGB management without even one coutesy call to them for a response, but you want us to give you credibility when you dont even have a holding in the company!!! Long bow big boy time for you to exit this company or get a holding and get in the ring and put your cards on the table...."May I reiterate Cantab is go !!"
Yours DD
