The transformational CR into cannabis a couple of years ago was for 5 million to fitout medcans growing facility. It was a partnership that dissolved during the CR process creating lengthy delays. They then changed their business model mid CR to upgrade Biohealths facility to produce Pharmocann products and to manufacture Canntab under licence locally. Neither transpired.
