    You're very quiet on TEE At the moment.

    Do you have a status update on the timing for the Information Memorandum and the EGM ? Understand the EGM will be at the end of June and 28 days are required for the notice with IM.

    Great opportunity short term at this level IMHO. I am taking advantage of this situation.
