They do not expect to sell their shares at .3 cent , they are just getting to the head of the line for the opening auction .
They jump the queue . Every one gets the same price at the opening auction , the last time I looked the expected opening price was at .8c
However there will be an Announcement before the shares are able to trade . All the traders will read it and many will change their bids , take orders off or put orders on .
Depending on the news there will be a big reshuffle of the buy and sell quotes .
