All too true. I guess the thing that wasn't factored in to the capital raisings was the sick share price.

You don't have to look too far to see other companies that have been belted just as much.

The problem we have is the need to raise capital with depressed share price causing huge dilution. $250,000 Dutchess drawdown at .01 is 25,000,000 shares but at .004 its 62,500,000. That's ugly enough before we get to .003 etc.

We keep issuing to Dutchess and they keep selling them into the market and its a down hill spiral. Sophs are a much better punt but who's going to throw money at this with so many other discounted opportunities around?

We have something like 35% more shares on issue than 1 year ago! Apart from the contrived Research Reports I guess the money has to be spent and it has to come from somewhere.

The bright side is its very thin trading and probably not sinister.
