....yes I come back with leasing costs. Just because they are 'saving' money in the new property doesnt mean it costs them nothing to be there, they still burn cash in this space.

........you believe the companies promises???? Take a look at their so called promises for the Meta.
(3) Andy - "What further R&D do you know something i don't?? as far as i understand all R&D is finished???"
......for MDV to remain competitive they need to continue to improve their product ie. the Meta has seen more than one version and I dont anticipate this to stop.
These are just my thoughts - you dont have to subscribe to them, however they represent food for thought.
