Price targets are a function of your time horizon. Predicting where it will peak is a difficult if not impossible endeavour...We are fortunate that we have others in the same part of the world doing looking for coal... ie AFR
Based on how the market has judged AFR and its valuation you can expect a similar if not higher valuation for NMR by the time they get to feasibility stage.
However my guessimate of the short term peak (1-3 months) would give a marketcap of around the $50-55m market with however many shares they have at that time. If they issue no shares during that time (which is entirely possible) then I'd expect somewhere in the range 16-17c which would give that mcap. 325m shares /55m Mcap = $0.17c approx
Of course this is assuming the Europeans politicians can keep their heads above water.
