I hold Sirtex - not many though.
It seems that a lot of work is being put into laying the foundations.
Hunter Hall holds a lot of shares (about 16% from memory) and reported in a recent newsletter (2-3 months ago) that they were sending an analyst to a cancer conference.
No further information has been given but I note that there they have not sold down any shares since.
