well we know there likely will be more placements so it runs like clock work with keeping the vwap down. just like it did around 5 cents a few times, then at 13 recently. same here i suppose. it hurts the dilutionary aspect and therefore the sp ultimately..sniff. greed. coz by not selling down they would get less shares but the sp would run more and profits would be the same. whats the diff. the difference is greed and no real class.
