Could it be the 33c retrace from yesterday's intraday high was indeed the mandatory 8-count in a blink ? CMR used to do this all the time in its third intermediate.

If so "third" of the "first" of the "third" in progress ....... OR just bouncing inside a small a-b-c triangle "second" pause forming. Volume will be the key here methinks.
