The fact that NXT has to build a microsite at P2 and that Sydney has 14MW of pre-orders tells me NXT was late in building some of their Gen 2 data centres and that the demand is outstripping supply. This also means that the revenue and profits will be slightly delayed as well.
Does anyone have an update on S2, S3 and M3 progress?
Is the S2 opening meant to be H1FY19 or H1CY19?
Has NXT submitted any DA for S3? I haven't heard much since we acquired the land https://www.copyright link/real-estate/nextdc-buys-new-site-in-sydneys-north-shore-from-lindsay-bennelong-20180806-h13lnf.
Any news on M3 land acquisition?
in other news, Next DC won 2 awards at the DCD event in London over the weekend. We beat AirTrunk in the Operations category and won the Design award for the Tier 4 B2 and M2 datacentres. https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/news/dcd-awards-2018-winners-announced/
