Photos can be a bit misleading. I took a few of M2 as it was proceeding and it looked a long way off being finished, but because NXT was contract managing the building process, they were already started in on the bottom floors doing fit out for clients, while the upper stories were still taking shape. So although completion looks a long way off, operationally it may well be further down the track than we think.
