I was expecting abit of a slow down while time passes until we are closer to building the bigger centres, but going by the SP jump the market is expecting something juicy perhaps... we know what the guidance is so it's not like its gonna wow us. maybe the market is banking on the next guidance to be looking real good. let's hope it's a cracker otherwise could see some exiting as it's gonna be a long long ride until all centres are up and making money.
