Good luck with it. I cleared all my temp files, history, etc when it happened to me and it worked.

Another time it was a weird malware had been installed on my computer and only did it for some sites(at first). Thats when restore pc to an older date helped me like others suggested. But as you say its happening on multiple device so unlikely.

I cant remember which malware it was but it was the one that looked like a virus scanner. I hit ok and it "scanned" my computer and found hundred of threats. They then wanted money to renew the virus software. My PC was never the same until I restored.

Though you probably dont have anything to lose by restoring back a few days.
