Well would it make any difference? Forecasting that they will more than double this qtr revenue hasn't helped much, what makes you think that announcing one more month (after they released the last six) is going to change anything?
And as for FNT, I would imagine that due dilligence for funding would take longer than 4 weeks or so. Also most companies that would undertake due dilligence have water tight non-disclosure agreements attatched until they come to a decision.
I don't think that they would announce that parties are investigating funding the deal if it would put the deal at risk.
