    As usual oooaaahh99 you come up with valid reasoning, however you havent answered in the past my biggest question regarding this FNT deal.

    That is, why merge with FNT and give then virtually control of the company, when ATC could deal with them on a commercial basis i.e give them a better rate than their current wholesale traffic supplier and do a JV Re: China prepaids.
