I use Metastock charting software and have used the Fibonacci projection, based on this projection the price needs to break $1.09 and $1.12 first to reach the next level of $1.23.

If this breaks then the next stop is between $1.30 and $1.40. If this breaks $1.40 the the next stop is $1.68.
