Hi mycrowssoft,
I've been using them for a few years and downtime this long is very unusual. They do have probs now and then when you can not log in but I don't rememebr it going more than an hour or so.
Re. Alan's comment, I also find that sometimes I can not read the pdf company announcements and yes I am using Acrobat 6.
