ImO, You aint no realist . A realist knows it can happen whenever the need ot desire arises. Just like when state governments announced the abolishing or reduction of SD for first homebuyers. Alot of so called 'realist' also said the Lib wouldn't touch negative gearing, well they have touched it..
And if SD had put a lid on speculation, we wouldn't be where we are today..with the level of interest only loans, overall housing debt levels and affordability issues. Not to mention the housing surplus is some areas and the pending surplus in others.
