Land tax equals additional pressure on already stretched super

So in my realist opinion - Baby boomer vote equals whoever is not implementing a land tax on the family home.

Perhaps the issue is with the size of the SD tax?

Maybe land tax for investors needs to be higher than it currently is?

Here is a new idea for you nos..what about a land tax discount/exemption for pensioners and low income earners PPoR.

From what i read, there was some bitchn inserted into your discussions.

I also have a little laugh to myself when i think about some people who like to think of themselves as realists. Good googling..
