I guess right now we both have subjective judgements on whether this particular opinion of mine classes me as a realist or not.
For my part, the land tax thing is just another boffin economist / media hype story that has no chance of being implemented due to the reasons I have pointed out. Time will tell
As for exemptions. IMO exemptions are the scape goat for poor policy.
