I thought it was people selling heads to pay for oppies. Remember we just had a CR when instos got free oppies when they bought heads. Now coimes the time to pay for the rest of the Oppy, or it is wasted. So, if no budget to pay for the oppy, why not dump the heads, take the profit, pay for the oppies (which are then heads), and bingo. Still got ANP shares, haven't wasted oppies and made a bit more profit in the exercise.

I'm pretty sure that this has been explained many times over the last few days and week. AND maybe my interpretation is incorrect.
