mmm not sure. I've never seen any extended but I'm not the person to ask. From an accounting point of view the brokerage incurred would be tax deductable against other gains, say the massive gain we will make in time on GWR...;-0 lol
You can bet one thing though. There will be a stampeed on the closer we get to August. That buyer, or should I say punter will be taken out rather soon I would think.
