if tol has any say in prk which it does holding just over 20%,how can the mbl boys think they are going to get 100% of prk,even if the institutions do sell there 9%stake to mbl thats held in the iaf,tol would still have control of 11% in prk which i cant see it selling to mbl at any price.so how can mbl do a deal if it cant break prk up and justify the price (pie in the sky dream)
