If you draw a line across NST highs over the past few months it clearly remains in a downtrend for now. It has bounced back down a couple of times in the past week alone.
The range is tightening now so a break out one way or the other is likely to follow soon.
I'm happy to buy under 9.10 as 9.00 seems to be its floor as I would expect it to move quickly once it breaks upwards.
