I agree with most of your sentiment on costs of mining HOWEVER, this is a low skill industry that requires a significant sizable labor force which will be easier to source once border restrictions ease.
Dont underestimate all
the forecasts for the POG, NST are holding a resource in the Millions of ounces, of course if China stumble all bets are off and it is KACHING for the NST holders.
