You asked for opinions and I gave mine, which turned out to be entirely correct.
My day trade bid of $8.30 was hit this morning (20c down) and I was out at the close for a profit.
So I don't know why you are talking about humble pie.
I do plan to buy a holding stake in NST at a lower price sometime within the next 6 months or so, but probably sooner rather than later.
If things turn out the way I am expecting, I will take no joy in seeing others lose money, as I know that feeling myself and it sucks.
But if I'm wrong, and NST shoots directly to the moon from today, then GLTAH.
The point of HotCopper is to get different opinions, and the conflicting ones are the most valuable in testing my own.
