I may have overstated our cash position the other day. I'd reckon we'd have close to $600m in cash now and debt paid off. We also have that $1b debt facility still available.
The Thunderbox Mill expansion will have been completed about now. The KCGM Mill expansion still sometime down the track.
The question was raised in tuesdays Webcast, stating the IRRs for a share buyback are just as compelling as any CapEx project.
Leave the final dividend at 10c. The cash position will be close to a $1b by dividend payment date.
A $1b share buyback would (hopefully) increase the share price ~12.5%.
