Can't see NST holding its share price, page-20

The current share price volatility in NST and the slide in recent few days might be giving you some relief from the pain of watching your beloved TBR go from 8.65 to 4.60 in short order. NSTs chart is yet to break down despite huge recent swings.
Yes you can throw the dividend disparity around to make a point but can I counter that with Cash Flow
Last qtr TBR -$35 mill ; NST + 297 mill
And that's not with any Superpit contributions to come. There's one big fat reason why NST is valued highly.
On cash flow metrics alone TBR's operation is not inspiring market confidence - let alone any opinion I may have of them sustaining their dividends.
As I have said before NST will remain overvalued based on future potential as the market is forever looking forward.
If gold and NSTs charts break down I will exit some or all of my position built from 60c - 3.30 whilst waiting for this recession to arrive.
It remains a good business till the market tells me it isn't. Most holders here do NOT have rose coloured glasses I assure you.
