It usually takes some kind of news or event to turn around a downtrend. The longer the downtrend, the less significant the news required for it to happen. I think the institutions were disappointed that Mr Beament didn't specify where our synergies were going to come from at the last webcast, but the trend in the price of gold also needs to change.
@Master Spock I'm probably what you'd call a ramper. I haven't commented for a while after being suckered into loading up on a few more NST parcels on the way down. Since then I haven't had much to say as I've been waiting for signs of a price recovery and the HC commentary hasn't been overly interesting to me.
