After watching JPowell talk about Growth and inflation,
He definitely wants to see higher inflation, which is why US10Y yield is jumping. This is going to be really bad for Growth stocks (which is primarily Tech stocks), but this is Excellento news for GOLD.
But he also said that he wants to keep interest rates low and I think that he is sort of hinting at yield curve control. There's no way that he'll let 10Y go very high else all those companies with high debt burden is going to tank!!
This is why POG in US short up yesterday and no doubt been a good day for NST today.
Overall, I think this is just a preview of what is to come, and that is.. higher inflation = higher POG with stable interest rates through soft yield curve control by JPOWELL.
