also remember guys when the DOW crashes, and it could any day when the FED raise % rates even a little, remember what happened to gold stock in march 2020 when the DOW barely crashed 10%, gold stocks even the producers were down 30-40%, so even though gold looks cheap and the big boys arent buying up the gold stocks, so they look like a good buy currently, when the big crash happens, you might be able to pick up NST for below $8 again, im serious. no need to go all in at the moment, especially as the DOW is still 34,000 points and totally OVERvalued using any metric.
