High level summary:

Pre-consolidation - there were 5 companies that owned the tenements along the Yandal belt (unnamed junior explorer, NST, SLR, RNX and Millrose)

Post-consolidation - it is now just NST and the unnamed junior explorer as per below.

NST obviously holds substantially resource-rich tenements.

The unnamed explorer is currently undertaking a large drilling campaign in the largely unexplored region (over 100km of strike).

IMO, the explorer is looking to hit gold in several locations, substantially increase its resources (currently ~600K oz) and then sell everything to NST.

I'm wondering whether any of this has been discussed by NST holders in the past few months or if it's on the junior side only at this stage. Just trying to gauge how much wind is in the junior sails so to speak. Would appreciate any thoughts.

Called the STK/NST transaction a year and a half ago LOL.

I did say "sell everything to NST".

STK has now sold Millrose and is cashed up and ready to continue exploration of the remaining strike. Potentially more transactions to come in the next year or two.
