    When you look at all the prequalifiers and the numbers I cant see anyway this can get up. Currently you can buy 20 cent shares at 16 cents after consolidation. Why would anyone subscribe to purchase at 20????? Who would be silly enough to advise their clients to subscribe??? No outcome and no capital is the only outcome. Norm
