Not only that chm will have to come up with cash for their own lawyers. Equity barristers are not cheap. They certainly dont do success fee work. Their fees will have to be secured in the AH trust account well in advance of any hearing.
It will be interesting to see if chm actually pay in the security for costs or have they blinked?
