My sentiments are with you Sandy kept one I thought was too cheap to sell after opening spike now a disaster. Strong fundamentals dont apply any more as you well know and its too late to adjust your thinking when you discover it. Knowledge and experience is not working for us.
What is annoying to me is this country is in very good shape and we are paying the price for the woes of other governments
