Its hard enough trying to make a profit when the market goes this way and that, Governments recommend the introduction of taxes without thinking their impact through and when you finally look like getting a nice gain some other outside influence comes up and bites you on the ar.. and the takeover party walks.

This is such a frustrating and annoying outcome. Another year or so before we get back in this situation again.

(that is if Xstrata can still get this local ban overturned.)
