Hi Stocks,
Stick with E-trade (basic) for long enough and you will soon realise that this happens with every stock that comes out of a Suspension or Trading Halt.
From my experiences with E-Trade it has happened with CXY, NSL and one other that slips my mind right now. And every time I have phoned them, emailed them and have been assured that the cliche (if that is what it is) can and will be fixed.
Nice to see that E-Trades ability and customer service still rates the big 0.5/10.
If it makes you feel any better....the system usually rights itself within 24 hrs......but even if you call them, I can say from my experiences, that it will not be fixed today.
Cheers and good luck with them.....opportuntiy costs for me have been large with this happening, but of course you can do nothing.
