Last time when eTrade did a 'system upgrade', I missed out a handsome 'paper profit'. I am sure other big players here might get caught out too. How could eTrade keep its clients by all these malfunctionalities?
Thinking to switch to comsec or billdirect, what's your recommendations, guys?
