MSB has actually been remarkably well behaved in recent week or so. My take on the situation is it's pausing for the next real ANN to determine direction.
If it's good i estimate the trade range will be 5.10s to 5.40s
This low volume not really moving is great and it's kind of creepy because it obviously is hanging heavily on the next direction pointer. God hope it's good because if it's not stock is going to be punished more than usual.
