You want to understand more about investing in companies you don't know that well! You have to do your own research if you are capable and I suggest start small.

If you are indeed the newbie you seem, you really need to take a step back for your own sake - you show precious little understanding of how the market works - think about investing in simpler things like J B HiFi before you move on to complex high risk high reward companies like MSB. But be warned there is manipulation in very many stocks and even JB was subjected to massive shorting (manipulation indeed) not so long ago before the sp was propelled back from around $9.00 to $20.00 when the shorts got badly stung. And don't bother looking for any official guidance, there ain't any - but there are many on HC who understand - just get on your bike and look it up.

Valuation: there are formulas for this, spend a couple of days on Google and you will come up with some clues - but to save you the time the majority of biotech analysts both here and in the USA publish risk discounted valuation for MSB's main therapies from starting points of $8, $10, up to $15 or more. Yes there is no income stream yet but think about these numbers. The current capitalization is $1.5B. The company has a strategic partner who (1) owns 20% of the company, and (2) tipped in $130M up front, and (3) has agreed to fundnd up to $1.7B in milestone payments to fund trials on the biggest target therapy for Congestive Heart Disease. The company also has $240M currently in the bank! So when you start to merge these numbers together you will hopefully see where Dolcevita is coming from so far as the current 1.5 Billion capitalization being cheap!! And these funding commitments relate to just ONE therapy target while many others are patented and moving forward.
