Addressing the question of a Capital Raising and our 250mil in the bank I think its not worth thinking about.
The amount of cash MSB has puts it in a position where it won't run out of money until I believe its end 2016 or end 2017 when it might become a big question mark.
Which realistically I think we are all going to know before that date if MSB is going to work out or not. They will have an outcome on their technology prior to those end dates.
If those outcomes are not good a CR isn't going to matter.
