I was talking to a Hongkong Airlines Captain the other day.
He said QF cant get an AOC in Hongkong, so they were looking to do a joint venture with HK Airlines !
You guessed it another jetstar joint venture !
The orange cancer spreads, at the expense of Qantas.
Of course all this is rumour, but it wouldnt surprise me if its fact.
The CEO of Qantas doesnt know how to run a premium airline, he only knows the LCC model.
I dont think CX would want anything to do with QF.
As a mate said years ago " Qantas is just a domestic airline that flies overseas occasionally"
We all laughed at the time, but how true it is now.
