Yes difficult situation that. Hang in there! Stay very warm. You might drop SI a line about your condition and see if you might get into clinical trials at some point. He really cares about people. They are happening in the US and Europe for now, but you never know. Just stay in touch.
Immuno-suppressants and steroids are the first line treatment for a range of diseases but long term they can really cause damage. The switch from steroids to MSB cell therapies for aGVHD as first line therapy, rather than just rescue of failed steroid use is indicative of bigger things IMO.
I'd be very interested in what happens with MSB's cell therapies. This form of treatment along with fast tracking is going to get huge attention soon.
When that happens funding for a range of clinical trials will become much more manifest.
We have families of patents and MSB is going to be a juggenaut. IMO.
