Wednesday 17 December 2008 at our offices located at level 25, Riverside Centre, 123 Eagle Street,
Brisbane, Queensland 4000, at 10:30am Brisbane time. This meeting is to be held concurrently
with the second meetings of creditors for OA, OFS, OIB and OIN.
