Nightmare is right MetalGods, and don't you just love the bit in the article where it says "Mr King is said to be determined to sell off some of his land to help repay debts.". I would think if he was remotely serious the whole of Ellysium Fields would be on the market. Considering he paid $570,000 in 2001 for the part on offer, why would he expect to get in excess of a million dollars for it in the current downturn? Hardly the actions of someone dedicated to repaying outstanding debt IMO. Seamisty
