Well I guess not every OV sufferer is (a) in a financial position to make the multiple journeys to Dubai and cover the large expenses, not only of the treatment but the peripheral expenses, flights, hotels etc and (b) not every OV sufferer will be in a physical condition to endure those multiple journeys.

Some may just prefer the comfort of a nearby hospital in their home country where loved ones are nearby and take the lower financial cost gamble that they get CVac as part of the trial.

I'm sure there will be unique complexities case by case.

Thank goodness Prima will be offering both options as a way to fit people in different circumstances.
