This stock is one of the few reits left under 10c that orbis has a substantial holding in. 15% for this. Has been sold down after a run due to index rebalance and today's close was the last of it. Should continue its run, from here on. At the very least, a target of 13c is very achievable in the short term. Once again I know orbis is not always correct, but has done well with small cap reits in the past.
IIF(10c): NTA is 40c and gearing is 74% with market cap of 46mill
CER(12.5c): NTA is 30c and gearing is 75% with market cap of 285mill
I understand they have different debt issues and different structure but just a basic comparison to show the difference.
